Cancellation Policy

Default Policy for Booking Services with the Startup Strategist Booking and Confirmation: All services must be booked in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting our office directly. Once a booking is made, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS, including details of the service, date, time, and any other pertinent information. Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee or result in the forfeiture of the session, at the discretion of the Startup Strategist. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Payment: $25.00 Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our booking platform. In the event of a cancellation made within the specified time frame, any pre-paid fees will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled session. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time, as appointments cannot extend beyond the allocated time slot. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.
